1. a) No money for booked tickets and match day travel will be refunded to anyone who fails to appear at the advertised departure point and leaving time.
b) In the absence of a satisfactory explanation, the committee shall have the discretion to decline any future ticket and transport applications by any member with previous match day bookings, who failed to attend departure points.
2. Match ticket and transport cost must be paid in full by the cut off date or NO booking will be made.
3. No alcohol to be taken on board transport.
4. Any member causing trouble while travelling with the supporters club will be banned from the club.
5. The supporters club will be made up of a committee headed by a Chairman, a secretary and a treasurer.
6. No smoking on transport to and from matches.

8. Mini-buses – All members should return to the parked mini-bus immediately after the match.
9. Coaches – All members to return to the parked coach immediately after the match.
10. Ordering of match tickets and transport for Cup matches (home and away) to be made within 24 hours of the announcement of the tie to the appropriate person either by telephone or e mail. Payment (in full) for the match tickets / transport will be required within another 48 hours or bookings will be cancelled. Home match bookings to Alan. Away match bookings to John. Bookings will not be accepted if given to the wrong person.
11. Transport for home matches – Adults £14, 16/18 year olds & OAPs - £10, Juniors - £7.
12. Any member who books a match ticket without travel (home or away) will pay surcharge of £5 per ticket. This charge will not apply if the club is not offering transport facilities. Club members who live within reachable distance of where club transport travels through are expected to use those facilities. Non-transport users will also be required to pay an additional £1 for recorded delivery service (minimum) or if they prefer, an extra £3.50 for Special Delivery of tickets.
13. Any match ticket / transport order for a guest will be charged an extra £6 on top of any other cost. Should that person wish to join ESASC after attending the match booked for, the £6 will be used as their membership fee. No one is allowed to use the guest facility more than once.
14. Unless previously agreed and advised to match day stewards no travelling member will be allowed to switch departure points from the one advised at the time of booking. Telephone calls from members to stewards requesting a switch on match day will not be accepted and they are therefore empowered to refuse travel to any member not complying.
15. Members applying for home match tickets and transport must apply for one match only per envelope sent. Requests for more than one match will be refused and returned to sender.
