Members who wish to continue receiving a paper newsletter: Please complete the enclosed membership application form and be aware, you need to pay a supplement £10 fee to cover production and delivery of newsletter this forthcoming season.
Note:- If you supply an e mail address but the system will not accept it and the club consequently have to send you a paper newsletter each month you will be contacted and the supplement payment fee requested.

Rented Silver Membership Card £26.00
Current Junior Gunners and Cannon Club members will receive their JG / CC application forms direct from Arsenal and should re-enrol by sending the completed form back to Arsenal (NOT ESASC). To rejoin ESASC they must send £5 together with completed membership application form to the address stated on the form. Once JG’s have received their JG membership card from Arsenal they must inform us of their 7 digit membership number by leaving a message on 01424 436054. Junior members of ESASC who wish to become a JG for the first time must apply directly to Arsenal
The same process will apply for current Arsenal Senior Citizen card holders although the cost of renewing their membership with ESASC is £6
Adult members of ESASC who purchase their own Arsenal Silver Membership cards (£26, unless AFC announce a price increase !) through Arsenal will receive that renewal form directly from Arsenal. Once they have reapplied and been sent their 2007 / 08 card they need to confirm their 7 digit membership number by ringing 01424 436054. Again, they need to send a completed ESASC membership application form (£8 per adult) to the address stated on the form.
Adult members of ESASC who rented an Arsenal Silver Membership cards (£26) from ESASC in 2006 / 07 need to reapply by the end of June otherwise cards will be reallocated to other members who have expressed an interest in renting a card. When renewing membership and paying for the rented Silver Membership card, members should send £34 (£8 membership + £26 rented Silver membership) together with a completed ESASC membership form.
Adult members of ESASC who are interested in renting a Silver Membership card from ESASC for the first time should indicate so on their membership form by ticking the appropriate box in Column D but only send £8. The club will ring that person in due course should a card become available to rent for the season.
Adult members of ESASC who purchase Adult Arsenal Family Enclosure cards (£26) directly from Arsenal should notify ESASC (T/p 01424 436054) of their 7 digit 2007 / 08 membership number once received from Arsenal. Again, they should send their completed ESASC membership form, together with appropriate payment, to the address stated on the form.
Members will be notified of Arsenal home and away match fixtures, complete with ‘cut-off’ dates to apply for tickets and transport, through the club newsletter once fixtures have been published by the FA.
Members who are interested in travelling with ESASC to away Champions League fixtures during 2007 / 08 need to state their passport number and expiry date on the ESASC membership form.
Members are expected to use club transport. We are not a ticket agency. If that is all you require try dealing with Arsenal directly yourselves ! This season a member booked a home match for himself and family, informed Alan he was working in London on Saturday morning so couldn’t use the club transport and lo and behold, all his family didn’t want to use the transport either !!! Either use the club properly or there won’t be a club – up to you !
